Zhongpin's most popular product line is the chilled pork, which is also known as refrigerated pork. It is manufactured in two-stages using flash-freezing and cool segmentation techniques. Zhongpin's flash-frozen fruits and vegetables are grown from natural, non-polluting planting techniques and processed using state-of-art equipment.
